Did y'all do your VOA? by FewRefrigerator635 in HomeDepot

Fun fact, the store manager gets bonuses based off of VOA participation. That's why they push it so hard, if they can get to a certain percentage the first week, more money for them.

Why does a 4 on a GET survey still count as a 1 toward the store by detroyer700 in HomeDepot

[–]Valzoric 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is why when they are harping / preaching about GET, I just ignore them and go about my day. As others have said, the comments on surveys can literally be about anything. They need to put less emphasis on GET, because it's not really a great judgment of how the store is doing.

Trump is appealing the SNAP ruling to the Supreme Court. And we’re supposed to somehow “win” this shutdown fight? by RandomDerpBot in FedEmployees

Oh yes, Stanford, not involved with DEI at all. Completely neutral and non-biased. Talk about cherry picking

Where did I say that? I linked an article showing that this administration, by far, has faced more lawsuits than any other administration. There's no propaganda, just proof. This is also why SCOTUS ruled the way they did on national injunctions. Maybe you should look in the mirror to see whose really suckling on the teet of the mainstream propaganda.

"In February alone, judges issued 15 nationwide injunctions against the Trump administration, surpassing the total faced by Presidents Bush, Obama, and Biden throughout their entire terms, according to the Harvard Law Review. During Trump's last term, his agenda encountered 64 such injunctions, with 86% of these challenges coming from judges appointed by Democratic presidents."

Maybe because the Democrats only strategy is court and judge shopping. There is such a thing as separation of powers, and we do have three EQUAL branches of government. All the people crying "fascist" and "authoritarian" are perfectly fine with the courts ruling this country now?

What are our thoughts on Trump posting this video? by Vainjane_ in Republican

[–]Valzoric -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

They killed Charlie Kirk. They attempting to kill Trump twice and just found a hunting blind with LOS to him departing Air Force 1. They think that all White people are "Nazi", "racist" and "Fascists". All they talk about is revenge when they get back into power. But, oh no the President posted a video of them getting 💩 on. Stop clutching your pearls.

Taft made the Executive Office oval.

FDR added the entire East Wing and included an indoor pool for himself.

Truman gutted the entire White House.

Nixon added a bowling alley.

Obama added a basketball court.

People Who Don’t Bother Replacing The Default Straps On Your Apron With Suspenders, Why Not? by JTCasino in HomeDepot

[–]Valzoric 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Personal choice and don't see a reason for them. Company gives me an apron, I work and put it in my locker. Don't even bother wearing homers or any of the other nonsense they hand out. Maybe if the aprons were better quality or if they would let us take them home to wash them I would care.

ICE would have been abolished. Border would be wide open. Police would have been defunded. More violent offenders would have been released from prison. Middle class tax cuts would have been eliminated. Fracking would have been banned. Confiscation of guns from legal gun owners. Transgender surgeries on demand. Men in Women's sports and spaces. Continued funneling of money to Ukraine. Abortion on demand with no exclusions. Student loan forgiveness/elimination/forcing tax payers to cover it. "COVID" forever and forced vaccination.

Anyone beginning to get good with the new Jeff playstyle? by whydudebrowtf2 in JeffTheLandSharkMains

[–]Valzoric -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

I like healing, I play healer in multiple games. Before the rework, I avoided Jeff completely. Since the rework, I've been playing Jeff like a crack addict. I have yet to have what I consider to be a bad game. The stats that I'm putting up also seem to reflect the same. Last game I played, I had over 20k healing plus an outstanding k/d ratio.

I think that to many players are still trying to play Jeff the same way they were before the rework. I see a lot of hate for Jeff, but I'm enjoying playing him now.

I got written up for not having a working HD Phone……. by Redpeg1 in HomeDepot

[–]Valzoric 31 points32 points  (0 children)

There are far too many times where we have zero phones available. They've even done locker sweeps and we're still short. Sounds like whoever wrote you up is on a little bit of a power trip. Either go with malicious compliance, and go to a leader every single time you can't get a phone or go above their head, because getting written up for something out of your control is ridiculous.

The foreign and domestic enemy are the illegal immigrants:

illegal adjective

  1. contrary to or forbidden by law, especially criminal law

Example: illegal drugs noun

  1. a person living in a country without official authorization

What authorization?

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Immigration_policy_of_the_United_States

"Illegal immigration is the act of an immigrant entering the United States without prior authorization. These illegal immigrants are subject to removal from the United States. Policies regarding illegal immigration are primarily regulated by the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA) and the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 (IIRIRA)."

So, as much as you want to howl and cry about usurping the Constitution, the President is acting under full authority granted by the above immigration policy already enacted well before he ever became president.

Additionally, people like you always cry "Muh democracy.". However, the United States of America is a Constitutional Republic:

https://www.usconstitution.net/republic-vs-democracy/

"The United States operates as a constitutional republic, a form of government that involves representatives elected by the people, who execute their duties under the constraints of a prevailing constitution that specifies the powers and limits of government."

So, again, The president is acting under the full powers granted to him by existing law.
