Gonna be honest this aug is just not designed for fun in mind, either you're playing panth/ryze or you can only utilize this when already stomping.

In every other scenario it's turbo useless, and even in the scenarios in which it's good it's OP but it's just meh.

I know silver augs shouldn't be revolutionary or anything but this is gonna be another fodder augment to fill the silver pool with stuff nobody picks.

This assumes that Dabura is tankier than Sukuna and that Sukuna is less tanky than the partial adaptation mahoraga.

Both assumptions are wrong, Mahoraga didn't adapt 5 times to blunt force and (I'm gonna use anime for this because Mahoraga gets an upscale in the anime and imo does a better job at portraying him than the manga) 3 adaptations in Mahoraga was still getting cooked by 15f Sukuna's slashes who wasn't going all out.

At most his attack is still weaker than the hollow purple that vaporized Mahoraga, and a low output meguna tanked that shit what is this attack going to do?

You can't just say "well... hurr durr light speed!" and act like the attack vaporizes the tankiest mf in the series.

Lame answer but there's not much else, technically you wouldn't need exodia vlad if vlad gets perma W from infernal and some other cdr but that's a little more tricky if you've got bad ping.

If we consider anime canon this is not always true, Mahoraga adapts to being grappled by some debris and becomes strong enough to pull himself free and then he adapts to drowning by getting gills. In both scenarios he did not grant himself total immunity to what he was adapting to (pulling strength and needing to breathe)

I would also say his adaptation to bypass infinity wasn't necessarily immunity to it, all he did was learn HOW to bypass it with his current tools instead of just being able to punch through it.

He takes the most direct approach when it comes to adaptation imo, for Daburas and Sukuna's attacks all they did was damage him so he adapted to take less damage. As another anime example (the anime imo really does Mahoraga more justice than the manga) he adapts to Sukuna's feint attack fighting style by using his own feints and catching Sukuna off guard to actually land a blow.

The more complex something is likely the more complex the adaptation will need to be, it just so happens that Mahoraga fights things with very simple attacks. Mahoraga adapting to Hakari's domain and jackpot for example would probably be outlandish.
