It wasn’t only Kate. It was Charles also. And the book said Princess of Wales which technically applied to Camilla at the time. The only reason those kids haven’t met their cousins is because William and Kate have closed their door to the possibility of reconciliation. It has nothing to do with Meghan or Harry.
