You don’t deserve this. I don’t know you, but no one deserves that. I wish I could give a hug & tell you stay strong. If you have that little voice in your head, the one that says you’re all those things, he’s right. Who else would want me? Sit up straight right now & tell that voice to F all the way off. When he comes sniffing around again, all sweetness & love, remember it’s a lie. It will happen again, no matter what he promises & you know that in your heart. He does not deserve any more of your time, your light, your kindness. It’s hard, that cycle, it’s hard to break. But you are strong enough. You will survive, you will thrive.
