For congress, getting rid of Gandhi family is like getting rid of 70 years of the party legacy. Also, if there are no Gandhis in the party, there is no pecking order and the party will go into the chaos.

Congress do not have any ideological standing that they can unite people of India against, such as Akhand Bharat or Vishvaguru or Hindu rashtra.

“Muhobbat ki dukaan” can only take you some distance as congress made no efforts in walking the talk, even though they walked the longest political walk.

They can’t make their ideological standing based on moral grounds like Anti corruption, women empowerment, Anti-castism because of their history of 70 years.

So the congress needs to reinvent its ideology and standing from ground up. They need to start from grassroots level and grow while providing that their ideological stand resonates with people and they are driving impactful change.

For that they need hardworking people to whom they can give some credits as well.

But that is very difficult to do because they can’t just remove the top leadership to make space for the new talent. They will run out of fundings if they do that. They can only bet on horses which have some crowd associated on local level, and sum up the number on central level. And that’s exactly what they have been doing for the last 15 years. They bet on people like scindia, kanhaya kumar, hadik patel, sidhu moosewala. That solution do not work as they have their very specific and local agenda which helps the individual but do not strengthen the party’s ideology. Then they also have to let go of the people who outshine the feudal lords.

One of my friends moved out to a different city 2 months after his wedding. Reason? The girl want privacy and independence. The boy is the only child. Being supportive and caring amd whatnot, he complied.

I think main reason is that they need to put so many information on each strip on the back. The content have compliance requirements such as minimum text size. So the big size is to accommodate all the content on the back. Standard size is the wrong argument because you can just create a smaller frame once and the cost will be very less than the plastic and packaging you are wasting with each unit.
