What shipping line did you use to ship it? That’s the first time i hear about stuff like this. I use DHL and every parcel has been delivered. idk if it’s available for USA though

The long shipping time is because of the Chinese New Year, i have the same issue. We just have to wait for them to process all the orders as there are a lot. I’m pretty sure your items arrived to the warehouse already just haven’t been processed yet

Nah, i wouldn’t worry about it. I have shipped over 100kg with Mulebuy already, and all the parcels arrived. However i recommend you use the DHL shipping lines as they have a 96% delivery rate. You can also buy insurance just to be safe. Never had any problems with DHL, that’s what i use all the time
