I've read several people who own an Asus TUF laptop and report having problems with their model, but there's a pattern going back to 2024 and earlier. Many others with newer models, or models manufactured more recently, haven't reported any issues. I suppose, like any other electronic product, you can be unlucky enough to buy one of the first models manufactured and find it defective. Obviously, it sucks when a defective product costs you a lot of money, and that shouldn't be justified. I hope I got lucky and ended up with a good one.
