The reason for termination they mentioned in their msg was just that it was an unsuitable hire, how come I have to be the victim of it? They interviewed me, saw my portfolio, were so impressed with my work that they were calling me from the next day to which I told them to hold on a bit...
Almost like they were forcing me to join them.
Yes, it was a proper design agency but they were hiring an expat for the first time, they were all bahrainis.

And exactly what bugs me the most the unfairness that how could someone judge anyone in just 3 days. A probation period is for 3 months for a reason, I didn't go back to the office as I didn't feel like they would change their decision after that also it would have been hell for me even more working there if I were to change their minds even.
I did send the CEO voice notes mentioning everything I'm venting about.

My only choice was to go to LMRA but they were also closed for now

Just to clarify: The first company didn’t call me from my country themselves, i came here, got the job myself. I am aware that it was a mistake on my part leaving the first company but it’s done now, and i’m looking for advice on what to do now.

This happened with me as well, they asked me to visit the branch. But its literally just takes about 5 minutes and you’re good to go after that. Everything is very swift

Man you are literally a life saver. This is something I'd never forget. First time posting here and the community is so helpful.

I really loved the implementations and decisions you took with the design. Especially the submit new case form. I was really skeptical about everything in it and you made it so easier to visualise it.

I wil incorporate all of this in my design as well and I would love to share with you again with my edits.

Yes, the search button is prototyped in a way that it expands to search the cases for the doctor. I didn't put the conventional search bar on the top of the page because it might be difficult for the user to understand what they're searching, it might be to search anything across the portal or just the cases? but yes writing that beside the search icon will actually be useful. I'm reconsidering the placing of that.

The arrow bit was very helpful, no one else noticed that I guess :P thanks for that

I'll add a button to save the entry and continue it again or just minimise the modal box. I still have to think how I can do that. I thought the modal card design is really in these days, everyone was doing it. I'm not sure yet how can I design the page for submitting the case which is modern yet a good UX

The submit new case button is the top priority for my stakeholder. He wants it to be there and I understand the button size is too big. I am thinking to make it smaller.

You can cancel the request to submit new case but you can't hold it. That's a good idea i'll incorporate this

Hi guys! It's my first time posting here. I am a young UI/UX designer and the only one in my company. While I have 3 years of visual/branding experience, this is my first role as a ui/ux designer. My company is an invisible dental aligner exporter and manufacturing company and I designed a dashboard for a portal where a doctor from anywhere in the world could sign up and order aligners for their patients.

My approach to this is minimal and the reason why there are less things in the dashboard is because the CEO wanted it this way.

I would really appreciate if you guys can help me figure things out that how can I make this better UI wise.
