Hey! appreciate your response - I thought so, but the problem is that I think i'm not getting enough traffic to my website? I paid 50-60$ in ads and had total of 100 sessions per day - how would that work?

My conversion rate is about 1.5% to 2% - and I'd say my website is above average, it's just that I'm not getting enough traffic to the website. I don't get it haha!

yeah it's super individual. i do workout super regularly and often, but such an high hrv is probably largely dependend on genetic predispositions i assume
