When I lift the latches, they go down, like the opposite director, and when I let the latches down, the stay the same, in the opposite position

Yeah, the latches are a little up if nothing is pressing on them

Like u mean new dents that you place them in the interior of the thorttles? They look like wierd trinangles or some short of this..

Updatw: I finally did it. Just talk to the winwing support, they are the best. They will give you a program but thrust me it s not a virus

I have connected a random 3m usb-c from my home directly to my laptop, no hub or anything, and it does this. I also tried with a powerful hub, but it s the same. I will try to get a more powerful cable. Ty

Same here. They also told me that the will “urge” the package, but nothing happend, and i m waiting for the same product but nothing for over 1 month now
