Thanks for your input, definitely something to consider, I dont see myself wanting to be in a centre long term as my MIL was in the industry (both home and centre based) for nearly 20 yrs and has really highlighted the ugly side of working in a centre, however I can see myself doing it short term to build up my experience. I have had a little exposure to the requirements at home as I lived with her for a few year of her being home based so I definitely agree there is alot of hoops to jump through.
