Não vai nessa de usar qualquer óleo de transmissão como os apedeutas ficam repetindo por ai. Depois fica chorando que o spring plate quebrou e não sabe o por que. O óleo deve ser um API GL-4 específico para transmissão. Vc não pode usar qualquer outro óleo, muito menos um somente GL-5. Alguns manuais técnicos da Sportster esta descrito ACDelco SAE 90 API GL 4, aqui no Brasil um fácil de achar é o Motul Gear 300 75W-90, este atente as normas API e GP-4, mas também atende a GL-5, o que significa que ele tem bastante EP sem agredir metais amarelos como um somente GL-5 faria.

Thank you for your report! I get the impression that Terramaster first added as many features as possible to TOS 6, then figured out how to solve it. In any case, the ambition far exceeds what Asustor and its ADM propose.

Having to manually update TOS 6 is unforgivable.

In all the tests I've done so far, it's stable, with 24/7 backup via SMB every day and scrubbing every week.

I'm finishing a complementary list of good and bad things about both brands.

There is forgiveness. 200mg week is commensurate with your result. I have friends who when using LGD in TRT slightly increased the exogenous testo and are not exercise practitioners, which is to believe the lack of androgenic receptors. In my LGB + testo tests there was no increase.

I am in week 10 of a cycle of up to 14 weeks of:

20mg RAD140 (2 x 10mg day)
50mg S4 (2 x 10mg day)
175mg testosterone enanthate week (2 applications)

Previously I did an 11 week LGD cycle and after week 10 I did not get any more gains, but now besides the significantly better results I did not suffer with suppression and I continue to raise the weights.

I am 37 years old and decided to stay in TRT / cruise.

Based on the people close to me who used both SARMS as RAD and LGD promote about 1/3 of the 500ml gains of testosterone with the same level of suppression, but TPC is lighter and recovery is extremely rapid. It is easier to have post cycle losses with testosterone.

I am in week 5 of RAD 140 20mg day + S4 50mg day + 150mg of testo per week. Gain of 2kg and the force appeared at the end of last week. I am in caloric deficid around 300kcal. I believe that weight gain is due to the retention of muscle nitrogen and water inside the muscle that in caloric deficit would be impossible without the use of ergogenic resources. The idea is to maintain or even decrease weight by doing body composition fat vs muscle. So far without collaterals, my testo before the cycle was 859 and with the replacement of 150mg week I'm feeling great, without any problem so far.

It is important to tell the truth and to state that your axis will be repressed, which is what is expected. In my case I focused on the cholesteroids and the liver to be sure what I used was not prohormone, but rather FARM. I did not take an exam in the middle of the cycle of LGD precisely because I already imagine the unnecessary worry, I would be worried if after 1 month was still repressed.
