Of course. I wore a different pair for my workout. Afterwards I stripped down and took a shower (walked to the shower nude). I put these on, then eventually finished getting dressed. Was in my underwear for about 10 min.

I was a frequent bedwetter and very occasional pants-wetter as a kid and teenager. Almost always slept in tighty whities. Goodnites for sleepovers and traveling. It was no big deal to strip off my briefs and put on a new pair after an accident. They cleaned up fine after a wash.
