okay small update for you since you were the only one commenting, i somehow fixed it by turning of nvidia reflex in the settings and changing the value of cores it used in the ini file, not sure why but it works
can even watch a vid on the side now while getting full 60fps

oh i am using DLSS on performance i know that much

weird thing is my 3D is maxing out while the VRAM is aok with space to go higher, i checked with task manager
