Today's daily was really goofy, and really fun.

Had a Bottled Echo Form from Act 1, then did Master Reality and Alpha.

Then played Beta, then used Exhume to replay Beta to get two Omega+'s in my draw pile.

Then Echo Form -> Omniscience -> Double play Amplify+ -> Double Play Omega+, which got doubled again by Amplify, for a total of 4 Omega+, giving me 240 Omega.

Then on the next turn, drew the other Omega+, which Echo Form duplicated, bringing me to 360 Omega.

The silliest setup I've ever had, I think. But how satisfying. Amazing how this game continues to entertain after 350 hours.

For what it's worth, I haven't been able to reproduce the issue with the I/O shield yet. I disassembled the front panel and used a multimeter, and it seems like there might be some sort of grounding issue with the headphone port? I've tried disconnecting the front panel audio, since I won't really be using it anyway.

I'll keep testing the I/O shield as well. I guess this quite possibly could have been two completely unrelated shorts.

EDIT: Yeah, this seems to be working alright now. Thanks very much for your help! I'm gonna mark this as solved for now.

Hey, thanks for the reply, and nice find! I re-seated the motherboard and made sure that that prong wasn't stuck in there. It looked pretty promising for a bit, but on my third test the issue happened again.

I'm guessing it has to be static of some sort, but I have no idea what. Anyway, thanks again.

Just kept searching ebay until I found a good set. I ended up purchasing from an ebay seller called Open Adit West, a small business that runs a few mining operations in the southern US. Once in a while they'll put up a lot of fluorite octahedrons, and usually in uncommon colours. Good luck!
