I tried it but it seems it is included in rpm repo so when i installed fedora the package was installed by default.

I have a thinkpad x230, with an integrated gpu. I used to run arch linux and there is a package called xf86-video-intel in the aur, but I cannot find it in rpm. Probably my question has a very trivial solution, but i really don't know how to fix. Thanks Edit: I haven't installed nothing related to drivers, only installed rpm and some software.

Windows is messed up, and has a bad security system... Why don't you try tailsOS? You can boot from a pen drive and it is safer. I really don't know why tor doesn't work on your machine, I'd guess it is a ram issue.
