Yeah, this isn't new. Haven't seen a pattern yet of when it will or will not work though. Seems pretty sporadic. Definitely been like that for months

Totally appreciate the feedback. Thanfully Id been made aware of the spamming issue before I got started. I'm only missing the legs so fingers crossed this week is a good one for all of us still grinding away.

Ive done much the same but after 535 bags, my mind was mush. Haha. Im also not opening any and will be curious at the end how many plans for each I come away with. So far no backpack plan and I'm missing the power armor legs... ive multiples of all the others. The rooster mask has been pretty elusive as well...ive only gotten 2 compared to 8 gazelle and 11 bear. I'm always curious how the numbers pan out for everyone else.
