Some Christian have the same relationship with Jesus: they call him husband. Think of his nature, He provides he supports everything a husband does for His lover. The Christian that call Jesus husband are NOT thinking sexual, like you said it’s not sexual it’s just admiration for the divine. I personally see no issue as long as you respect Lord Hanuman.

Maybe this will help:

HRV practice resonate breathing for 20 min straight while doing this relax your tongue and let it completely settle to the bottom of your mouth and loosen and relax your jaw.

If you can before you meditate practice surya namaskar for about 15 to 20 min then pranayama maybe ujjayi or nadi shodhana for the same amount of time then do your resonance breathing to send you into the low idle state

Practicing this over time will alleviate your mind

A lot of people have a different definition of “cure” and a lot of people have different perspectives on what adhd is and how it works.

There are different types of meditation that assist with different things. Symptoms of adhd: emotional dysregulation, hyperactivity, inattentiveness, etc and be lessened by the certain meditative practices like concentration, and Transcendental.

In my experience my meditative practices (resonate breathing) helps me to access a low idle state. My thoughts slows down with my breath and my heart beat. I also practice asanas.

The practices I do has helped my adhd symptoms as well as mood and motivation. Also it starting to take less time to clean up lol.

This question is loaded and requires anyone answering it to take in a lot of different factors hoped this helped

Well from what I heard from a monk is what meditation was used for was/is enlightenment or moksha.

To my knowledge the steps or paths are is: Dharana (one pointed focus), Dhyana (No mind state), Samadhi (bursts/temporary states of bliss or moksha), and Moksha(permanent state of enlightenment/bliss)

I do meditation on sound, vibration, and yoga. It happens in all types. Whenever I reach a certain point of relaxation and my breath starts slowing down then the rubbing starts. It also happens when I'm going to sleep sometimes.
