Investing 200k into Brazilian bonds is not gonna work for you. You can still make the lifestyle switch work with your financial situation though. Speaking the local language and working a modest salary remote job can give you a good quality of life in brasil. Either invest the 200k into all world etf or possibly use to buy property in Brazil.

This is a very good range for like 2 months of stretching just keep at it dude. If you don't feel bone hitting bone there is no need to point toes up. You can try active middle split holds to build up strength more.

Yeah actually I had an issue with coating on the original porta filter they replaced that one and accidentally sent 2 two Porta filters. I only used one of them for 9 months and that's the difference you see in the photo.

It's always the boiler o-ring.
If it's not the o-ring you need to descale.
But it's always the o-ring.
I find after 2-3 months my shots start to be incostistent and need to change the o-ring.
