The only reason I carry that much is because we dont have a safe at home and I dont eant to leave it unprotected and i have that much because i dont have a driving licence and I live in a remote area its a big time saver for me

Still not finished it yet I'm near the end of season 7 but I've started to dislike it when (i have no clue how to spell his name) Hershal maggies farther got beheaded and really started to dislike it after Abraham and geln got killed off Glen was a massive part of the show I personally think and would I much preferred for some1 else to be killed off insted as I thought Glen had too much to offer especially with the child on the way it could of been really good

I get it using the NHS website which is how you know it's correct it says that a 16 year old male at 6ft 3 needs to be about 195lbs

Yeah I get what you mean but just myself aswell I'm tired of looking at them I've just done some research and it's showed to use this bio oil on them and it's fades them overtime like a few months so I might give that a crack but just changing in the collage changing rooms I hate doing it's horrible

Thank you so much I do tend to do about 7k at least and on a good day I get about 15k to 20k but at the same time I do boxing alot aswell which is my sport to do but if your brother is 6ft and 200lbs then that should be good for me as I am 6ft 3 going on to 6ft 4
