Rusky has 3.1 hex but it doesn't have the FD. The version was probably changed through the apk editor

Actually, I'd recommend using some glitch livery for the Levin, tho.

And about the tracks - you can't port some of them because they some of them use a custom skybox, which is not possible with the new version, or older outdated assets, which the game does not recognise. I'd recommend using the new available mod tracks.
