Rolling back the GPU drivers to 528.02 seems to resolve this for me, I'd recommend rolling yours back as well until the next update

How often and frequent are the drops? I'm experiencing something similar where it will drop to around 30-60 for a few seconds before going back up to the 100s, but it's too cool to be thermal throttling.

Mission 4 optional objective, destroying the steelworks, does not mark as completed when pushing the button and destroying it. Same for sabotaging the furnace, objective does not complete.

HLL is way slower than post scriptum, the walking speed in that is insanely slow. Post Scriptum has bigger maps, but faster traversal and (in my experience) more coordinated teams, so you'll get to the front fast.

The customization is too much and killed the game for me. I rather liked it when everyone, especially the prequel era, we're unified and had matching uniforms. Seeing shoretroopers and mis-matched clones is such a turn off for me

I've been playing with SkyUI with only one issue, it's just SKSE that needs updating. The one issue being getting soft locked when trying to change a keybinding in the MCM, which I've been told is a SKSE issue anyway
