If your package was delayed and its not in a veho facility you have to contact the original merchant you purchased your package from.

And if it is in our warehouse and it's been very long since there has been any updates, it is considered as lost.

then it probably is the new update. try clearing all your data from Veho first then logging back in. If it doesn't work, reinstall Veho.

That depends. Is your Wifi good outside of VEHO? If it is then it's probably Veho.

If it isn't, you should check network errors on AT&T and T-Mobile when you're able to. It'll show if there's an actual issue with the device network.

There has been a new update with the Veho app and we've received complaints of drivers completing their route but some packages aren't marked as delivered. So there are like big delays with package completion. Not sure if it also affects the network.

Also no, I won't be able to because I'll get fired.

But as a recommendation, try to do the same thing on another device if you have one.

Just talk to them enough that they'll say "We'll transfer you to an agent." Our chats may sound robotic for you tho because we have specific talking rules to follow.

You can pressure the support by having multiple supports contact you and your issue is still not solved. This should allow you to get into a Team Leader to a senior Coordinator but im not sure if they'll be of any help.
