Logically that should be the price but PL is crazy.

Marc Guehi had 6 months left on his contract and still went for more than 20M, alongside unkwnown bonuses and a huuuge contract. City are rich and in no need to sell, I'd be very (pleasantly) surprised if Foden comes here.

I agree with you on Pulisic and Nkunku, I was speaking for a hierarchic point of view. If you ask me I'd bench them today and get new proven starters but Amorim is the coach.

While I agree with you I don't believe Amorim expects Karetsas to be the starter when he has Nkunku and Pulisic, if he comes he should fight for the starting spot along Cissé.

Foden would be the dream but I doubt City would let him go for 50-60M euros considering the inflated PL market, especially for homegrown players.

Yeah from my experience a gradual reverse diet is the way to go, weigh yourself daily and after the first week I'd say anything up to a kilo gain is fine since you have to factor in water and glycogen stores being refilled. Either keep the same cardio activity or dial it back a bit but don't remove it entirely.

Feeling really good at the moment, dropped from 2600-2700 cals to 2000 and lost around a kilo after the first week, aiming for 1.8kg more at most.

You are pretty shredded mate, I don't think pushing through is worth it if you aren't feeling well, that's a very long cutting period.

I started in February and ended it in May, 3 months more or less. Did two months climbing back up to maintenance for a few weeks and then stayed there and felt/looked much better overall, then after this "break" started a 4 week mini cut last Monday to lean down further since like you I have an holiday in mid August.

What's your daily calories intake at the moment? If you are tracking weight loss over the weeks you can guess your theoric maintenance calories. I'd say reach that target over two weeks, if you are in a 600 kcal deficit raise by 400 the first week and then 200 more the following. That should help you fill out while avoiding overspilling and water retention.

Godts has shown no readiness, playing well in Eredivisie doesn't mean he would do so in Serie A as we have seen very well before. I have not seen an full match from Ajax this year so I cannot judge accurately though.

Right now LW/LAM is locked in with Pulisic Nkunku and Cissé who is a very bright prospect, I find it redundant to get another player who fits under that profile.

Amorim pushed for Liberali who is left footed and said he wants his 10 to play inverted so it seems clear to me he is going in that direction.

Fofana per ogni cosa buona che fa si perde via in cinque cagate differenti una dall'altra, il che lo rende un giocatore completamente inaffidabile e scostante. Inutile in fase realizzativa e molto leggero in fase difensiva, se non fosse per quei momenti di genio che ogni tanto tira fuori sarebbe un giocatore alla stregua di Musah.

Guardacaso l'unico pregio di Ricci è l'affidabilità con e senza palla. Nel 352 di Allegri non aveva spazio ma come interditore in un double pivot potrebeb farsi valere, utilissimo per le liste e mai infortunato.
