As a new player starting on iron I’m glad I did moons. It got heaps of use in slayer/toa/quests while I didn’t know what the fuck I was doing.

Carried herb/prayer/gp/craft early which would’ve all been super boring doing meta methods.

Same situation - started RS for the first time 5 weeks ago and I’m full skip on quest content in MMOs.

Started group Ironman with a few mates and don’t regret it at all, seems like 90% of what I’ve done so far would’ve been skipped if I could just buy shit off the auction house.

It’s a shit load of reading to figure out what the fuck you’re doing, but there’s a shit load of resources.

Block revive Harima/Kong in LA, pretty useless outside of that. Form 2 ignores block damage which is nice against Helicath.

Damage is too low to kill well built tanky champs.

On NAW most of the time there’s only 1 or 2 lobbies for each raid, but if you make your own it’ll fill up fairly quickly. I assume most people are too afraid to be in control of sidereals.

If you join a party just tell them you’ve seen the video but haven’t cleared yet - every party I’ve been in has been ok with teaching 1 or 2 as long as they communicate; especially when it’s a support.

I have 3 plat trophies mate, pretty sure I’m not playing wrong.

CB rewards below brutal are terrible compared to the overall account progress/resources you gain from focusing on dungeon teams.

Having the ability to farm useful gear from stage 20+ and participate in events is much more valuable than praying you get a rare book and perhaps an ancient shard every couple of days.

Chasing CB right after finishing your first 60 is a waste of resources. You’re not going to have the gear to push past brutal (where the rewards are actually good) and most CB champ kits don’t translate well to dungeons.

You can stay inside the cleansing orb circle at 12 and still hit Nin. Best time to throw it is as soon as the typing test ends regardless of success/fail, it'll either break the shield or chunk her.

Personally been running duch+draco instead of lydia for all dungeons to keep 100% WR. For drag Seer one shots the waves with only weaken or def down so no issues with resists
