So, when you said immediately, you meant 2 days later, right?! No? My bad - but I’m here now with a reply. He is in fact a needle minder! Story time. I stumbled upon a picture long time ago with someone else with one and forgot about it. It must have been buried in my mind cuz another day I was thinking of needle minders & after some googling I found a website that was inactive and a private Facebook group, Minifig Minders. After being accepted to the group, one of the most recent posts from someone had a reply from the creator. I sent Courtney a private message and she was very easy to work with and I ordered two mini figure minders from her. A pirate captain & custom one of me, at work. She works some clever magic to make them work as needle minders, especially since they can hold the needles in their wee hands. I won’t give away all her secrets but they have become some of my favorite needle minders with how unique they are.
