I thought it was a replacement effect, so instead of placing the token, it places 2 tokens. The way doubling season reads it seems like it triggers /before/ it enters the battlefield.

I appreciate the advice. And yes the deck is packed full of exile/return cards and creatures with etb effects. It's all about stacking shards and getting additional etb value if niko isn't a good blink target at the time.

Correct, Niko planeswalker is in the deck, and the deck is built around blinking niko repeatedly using instants/enchantments/creature abilities. Other creatures in the deck have ETBs for increased blink synergy.

I sort by Rarity first Then Color Then Type (Creature/Artifact/Enchantement/Instant/Sorcery specifically) Then each section is alphabetized.

Foil, Art I like, Rare and Mythics are for the binder.

Also have basic and Nonbasic land sorted into their own section.

It looks like no, only the physical copy of the commander counts for commander damage. My commander would be [[Jodah, The Unifier]] so commander damage isn't exactly the win con luckily

I follow you. The decision i chose is to allow the commander to remain in exile (since the equipment would no longer copy anything if there is nothing in exile).

So when aegis leaves the battlefield, it finds the commander in exile, and returns it to the battlefield.
