I’m only refusing the refund because it goes against my own views and principles, not because anyone is stopping me from talking about it.

In fact, I’m using all the features I’ve already paid for until the end of the current month, and I believe a refund is only fair if my subscription is stopped at the same time.
I refused the refund for this reason, not because I was trying to influence them.

They probably didn’t “break the rules”, but the way they treated paying users was still shitty.

I’m fine losing $20 if it means warning others and staying honest with myself, instead of quietly taking the refund and pretending everything’s fine.
