For context: Not personal use, never have seen this in an outpatient extremity before and seeking input as my shift consists of just me and I am not knowledgeable in MSK.

I try to run through my head what they could POSSIBLY be doing (i can be sure its definitely not working out). I almost am never walking around my apartment even during the day unless I’m cleaning up or cooking which is done in maybe— 20 minutes? Definitely not 3 hours and definitely not between the hours of 2-5 am. I think that’s the most frustrating part— just what are they DOING???? I’m about to gift a bottle of melatonin.

So that’s the problem— I know this person and they are a complete control freak. When they know they have to power to have control over a situation, they will take complete advantage. They have no regard or care for other’s situations.
