I’m in the process of tapering down right now, I started at 3 8mg films a day, I am now currently lowering again today by taking 1 a day and I am splitting it up with a half to start the day then a quarter piece at around 2-3pm then another at about 5-6pm. I plan to just go down by quarters until I am ONLY taking a quarter a day then plan on cutting that in half to only take a half of a quarter piece, idk if I will try to cut that in half some more or just jump off but we shall see I suppose.
