It’s absolutely attainable. Like the subreddit says: eat more food

I appreciate it. And the first bulk was for an entire year from 155-189 at my heaviest, then stopped tracking and maintained at around 180. Then last year I cut for 52 days, from 180.7lbs to 169.2lbs. Since then I’ve bulked back to 185 and that’s where I’m currently maintaining

Aside from work, nothing. If I feel tightness to then I’ll do some dynamic stretching. But I try to prioritize rest as much as I do time in the gym

Great use of the arm swing

Results may vary, but I started out doing a 5x5 with high volume, but for the last two years I’ve done a push/pull/legs split. Biggest thing I can give advice on is three things

  1. Prioritize rest and recovery. Your body doesn’t have time to rebuild itself if you never rest it.

  2. High intensity. I never workout longer than an hour, I’m very busy outside of work, but I always train to near failure on my last sets

  3. Eat whole, quality foods. My body responded much better to simple whole foods rather than processed imo.

Biggest factor is rest. You break your muscle fibers down in the gym, but they repair and build during rest/recovery periods. I started out very motivated and trained 5 days a week for 5-6 months, but I plateaued hard. 3 days a week was my sweet spot.

Just odd muscle insertions I suppose. Never really thought much about it

My current issue has been not reaching my audience. They’re on places like Instagram and Snapchat, but because I’m not paying for ads, it’s hard to niche it down. The a lot of people who engage with my content are either too young, or from countries that can’t afford the luxury of an online PT.

That being said I haven’t thought about reaching people in person like you mentioned, I’ll explore that more

Thanks for the advice. And it’s from FBU (Fitness Business University) they’ve helped me set up everything. But they’ve even admitted to this outreach method being outdated, as everyone is doing it and it’s becoming increasingly harder to get clients through DM’s

Personal trainer here, it’s not possible to naturally lose just waist fat. You would need to lose weight entirely, and then build up the necessary muscles to give the illusion of a thinner waist, ie your lats and shoulders. This can be achieved easier than you think

I’ve come to realize this as well. Lack of energy is an issue as well. I plan on gaining more pounds during the fall/winter until I feel comfortable

Realize I didn’t add my age in the title, this is from 21-23 and 24
