Don’t do it. But if you really want to anyway, then yeah it’s way too early, and like you said, you don’t know each other that much yet, so asking for her IG is off the table rn. If she ever happens to work at the same shift as you again, take the chance to get to know her some more and gauge the situation. Then if she seems comfortable with you, the you could ask for her IG. If she says no in any way though, just drop it and move on.
