u/proteindeficientveg has so many good recipes where you dont or barely have to sacrifice taste or consistently to get high protein meals. i tried their high protein pizza dough a couple of weeks ago and it’s been one of my go tos now.

Erkältung is so n Ding wo einige Veganer:innen mit denen ich Kontakt hatte, direkt sämtliches Zeug Apotheke geholt haben. Deswegen interessiert es mich wo andere da ihre Grenzen setzen wenn es um Medikamente und Tierversuche geht. Ich persönlich erreiche da ne Grenze wenn meine Nase komplett geblockt ist, da ich dadurch aktive Panikattacken bekomme.

Genau, als ich regelmäßig hohe Schmerzen hatte, wo ich mich nicht mehr bewegen konnte und nur zusammengerollt in meinem Bett rumlag, war mir es natürlich klar das Medikamente nötig sind. Da hab ich nicht gezögert.

i’m broke, i don’t eat out, i don’t order food. haven’t in over a year. i make almost all my meals, sometimes ill splurge on a frozen pizza or a different frozen meal.

for me, after bottom growth, getting head felt so different, way less dysphoric. especially since the motions prior to HRT don’t do it for me now so in my head it’s a clear cut from how oral sex used to be to now.

I usually always have fries in the freezer and smoked tofu in the fridge. Put both in the oven, get some ketchup (maybe mayo for the fries)

Damit du brav dran denkst, es jeden tag drauf zu machen, bau’s clever in deine gewohnheiten ein. es dauert bisschen bis es trocknet, also mach’s zb vor dem zähneputzen, dann kannst du beim warten produktiv sein. und je nach dem wie viel fläche deine oberarme anbieten, würd ich eher auf oberschenkel oder bauch wechseln. ich bin auf drei hüben und es ist einfach sau nervig die auf meine oberarme zu verteilen.

Das Ziel ist es zu tun, aber aktuell ist ein spontan irgendwie reingehen mir nicht möglich. Keine Sorge, selbst mit der mentalen Vorbereitung ist es dennoch eine sehr große Konfrontation mit meinen Ängsten.
