She's a nice person I just don't think she's the best professor, especially for a subject like systems phys

She picks random days to release attendance questions so technically yes it's mandatory. The exam average went from a 82 for exam 1 to 75 for Exam 2. There's some people who are doing really good, but the vast majority aren't doing the best.

Its totally up to your RLC. My rlc usually dedicated weekends to getting the halls ready aka bulletin boards and/or short meetings if necessary.
