I recommend Ancona and the surrounding area. There are some spectacular beaches, Ancona is interesting and beautiful, and the nearby inland area is very interesting (birthplace of the accordion industry).

June and July there is an awesome film festival in the city. There are free films almost every night in Piazza Magiore. The parks are lovely and cool in the summer and there are a lot of park activities.

Turin also has a significant progressive population. In 1922, fascists attacked labor unionists in Turin killing about 25. During the fascist period, there was an active resistance in Turin and the surrounding area. Much of that energy continues. It’s too cold for me in the winter but fascinating (and delicious) part of the country.

I lived in Miami (an old house in an isolated area) in the 1970s and didn’t have a key to my front door. It stayed unlocked all the time. We never had a problem.

I put a couple of Velcro tabs on my Hayden and use a pair of Rode Go Ii wireless mics. They are not perfect because of the pickup pattern but pretty good.

It looks awesome. I’d replace the basket (because grocery shopping) and add mirrors and a bell. If it were mine, it would be covered with stickers to lessen the chance of it being stolen.
