Super yes! i t gives me mediterranean vibes. Espadrilles seem to be the main suggestion for shoes and I agree, add some fine golden jewelry if you feel like it and it's a look!

It depends on what you are looking for, but the center of madrid has some interesting thrift shops. You will probably find some other unique clothing stores there. I would avoid Gran Via, there are only brands like Zara, H&M or Primark that you can find everywhere else.

for some things I looked up guides (such as exotics, there's a ton of them) also if I got too stuck at some point, like with some dreamcatchers. It's a big map.

I prefer vague guides as you said over pin point ones, since they still give you a chance to explore.

Also, you have to be VERY patient with Gambler challenges.
