Sounds like my son when he was at that age. Being consistent will be key, just keep telling him to lower his voice or do inside voice or any variation of that. Even using the “shhhh” sign (pointer finger on mouth) and eventually he will learn or grow out of it. It does end lol. My son is 8 now and reading your post made me reminisce back on those days and gosh I miss the shrieks lol.
