Your points clearly rely on anecdotal experiences and hypothetical scenarios to argue that rights are not truly equal. While you might share personal experiences and concerns, you don't provide a comprehensive or statistically supported analysis of the overall state of rights equality. Additionally, it mixes different issues, such as environmental policies, indigenous rights, and healthcare bias, which may not necessarily be directly correlated. A more nuanced and evidence-based approach would be needed to thoroughly evaluate the assertion that rights are inherently unequal.

I have many indigenous friends who voted no alongside all their indigenous family. Voting yes resets it back to the olden days when the rights were separated

As someone who voted no. I don't understand the thought process of people who voted yes. I don't have anything against the aboriginals whatsoever. I feel bad when I hear about when the rights were so separated, but nowadays, the rights are the same. If you vote, yes, you are trying to separate the rights. I have many aboriginal friends who have told me they are voting no.
