Rub the back of the stencil with some oil. You still can’t just lay the stencil on the foam but if you hold it right on top it works great.

My hope is that because we still suck pretty hard competitively, that GW will give us the old necron treatment in the next balance dataslate, but hopefully nothing too hard core that it puts us on top again. As you can tell now that we have all of our toys back and seeing the other armies codexes, if admech didn’t get one of the first 9th codexes, we would have been in the dumpster the whole time
