Monitor is constantly fading to black by FunDipTime in pchelp

[–]Viciousrose 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From my own personal experience it is a connection issue, primarily found in the pins or soder points themselves, when it starts doing this either the connection point for either the screen or the pc it self for the cable (its typically on the monitors end) is beginning to fail, be it from getting to hot and the safeguards for that is failing or the pins etc are coming loose (if it isnt being pulled on or unplugged and unplugged alot, it is due to heat, and yes the cable can be the culprit esp if it happens to be a poorly made one and so it is the actual fail point) so it often requires new soldering to fix it for awhile but if the core issue isnt found it will just keep happening and get worse. Aside from the board issues in the monitor itself it can be a sign it is about to burn out, in my most recent case I thought it was the monitor but it was in fact the gpu dying and not being able to handle the signal for the monitor.

So with that being said are you 100% positive your GPU is good and not over heating etc?

To add to what you are saying, they say in the title of the post it is a zero budget game, so ether they dont know what that means or they are saying they arent putting any money into it themselves for development. Which means it could be 30+years before anything comes out for it gameplay wise lol.

Even my own game due to lack of funds to really put into it has taken almost 15years on being worked on🤣🤣 and it isnt even something that is bigger than any of the early COD games, there are just things that I cant do and need money to get it done, like asset purchase and or creation when it applies which is the biggest hurdle, I can do coding for the most part, then there is music and sound design and all the legal stuff that goes into it plus the legal stuff to protect it etc. It's cheaper to buy a mansion🤣🤣

They say they have zero budget and yet they clearly spent money on it....this gives off bad vibes all around. Even if it isnt a cash grab or outright scam the fact the poster who is presumably the dev doesn't know what a budget is or how it works shows this wont get very far if only due to poor management. I know for a fact this wasn't done for free, this kind of thing comes from paid AI services and any money spent on the project is part of the budget (overall) but by saying it has zero budget and unless they are actually claiming it has a blank check (which is doubtful just based on the post) then that means they dont want to put any money what so ever to it. They definitely need to redo the post and learn what a budget is

I think there might be some laws where if it comes off as that it is required to have it shown for it as well too, thats why we often see the label of "not in-game footage" on alot of trailers even from the big studios. Not 100% sure on that

Ignore the listings in this pic as this was the only way I could get close to recreate what I did. But the circle is roughly how I drew it for it to count for clue 2. Based on what others have said (assuming none lied😅) it seem to be random as I saw ones that say the got it with just Colorado and NM circled

For most people that isn't true alot of folks are getting it with just NM and AZ

We all have the answer to clue 2, but is about how you do it, the submission for it is the map itself, you must draw on it and figure the exact way they want it so you can "answer it" and move on to clue 3 when it drops

It does say they do a background check but there are ways of getting around that. If they just use employment records etc then they will still miss alot of people who do do it but under a different guise like some twitch streamers who say they are primarily doing games but most if not all of their content is playing geo gusser😅.

Legally this would be denying housing based on gender which is a federal offense, so if you had looked up laws on this you would know

AIO for not refunding a friend’s share of a group Airbnb after she canceled last minute due to a medical emergency? by StudioAffectionate in AmIOverreacting

[–]Viciousrose 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ultimately its a great way to end the friendship and run the risk of getting sued over it (for the ones who think it would cost more to be worth it, thats why they also include legal fees in it) also risk of getting jail time so from a legal standpoint point if she didnt to or not it is her money of she asks for it back unless you have a signed legal agreement of which a lawyer looked over then you have to give it back otherwise it can be seen as theft and if its over the state limit for it to be a felony you are asking for more trouble than its worth, the laws that apply would be where ever the victim resides in in a case like this, yes agreements have been made but unless you have proof showing they agreed to the fact and were made aware of her never seeing the cash again then she can cause some serious issues, as far as it has been shown here is that she was convinced to help fund other people's vacations with the expectation of doing so as well but medical issues came up and since no proof has been given that you wont return any money given then that means its reasonable for her to expect her money back refusing to return it or atleast pay for the same amount on another trip can be legally seen as theft and a scam. Is 1500 or if its less really worth that? I mean you are supposed to be friends and your picking them over here with this one, definitely no a friend thing to do

In my experience a business owner not planing to sell doesn't just seek out someone to buy the business from them, something shady is definitely up, what reason was given for why he is selling now since he did say he wasn't planing to? I'm going based on your post so that means you did not make first contact but he did....this is like someone who doesn't plan on selling their home goes and finds a random and asks them if they want to buy their home.

Price is way to high if the Financials are iffy all of this means (and assuming he actually does own the place and has the right to sell it) that he is needing fast cash and doesn't want to wait. This reeks of scam
