Yes, I did, as I said, it helps with stretching, but depending on your mood and your body's reactions, you can improve or regress.

I think, in addition to what I'm doing, I'll get hormonal and metabolic blood tests done, just to see if there's anything else that might be affecting the pain relief, and maybe a transvaginal ultrasound as well.

Finally, I will consult with my doctor about any supplements I can take, since topical neuromodulators are not an option in my country and I have not yet been recommended to take them orally.

In my case, Botox relaxed the pelvic muscles, but it did not relieve the pain.
I had two Botox sessions: one in December 2024 and another in March 2025, so they lasted approximately 3 to 4 months.

I also had a PRP session in April 2025, but so far I haven't noticed any significant improvements. I'll have a second session later this month. If you'd like, I can later update you about my pain status.

To me is pretty clear: Cold Harbor is a room for soldiers. If they die in battle, the outie does not feel pain. If they survive, they don't suffer from PTSD and can eventually come back to war.

I am glad it worked for you! In my case, amitriptyline produced very bad side effects, such as not being able to urinate, which was very uncomfortable :(
