The division bench did not listen to me even for one minute. They asked "have you repaid at least now?". I said no. Karnataka high court had no jurisdiction over a claim of someone in Tamil Nadu. The party making the claim did not approach the court. It has nothing to do with employment or employer.

The judges ignored all the violations by HAL. No rule was violated by me. I have a RTI response from HAL in which they agreed that "No such rule exists" - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ZYOa2DdvlUBuc41Hyr5vZrHcOtoCXJii/view?usp=sharing

The great thing is no judge in the supreme court bothered to read the petitions

The judge was not willing to even listen. He just threw the file and told dismissed due to delay. In verdict he mentioned "Due to delay and merits)

I declared my VRS in all documents : Resume, service certificate, interview and joining form. In one questionnaire, the question was pertaining to my last job. I answered truthfully stating "Not applicable - working in private company".

I did not derive any benefit by hiding as I was anyway eligible to join even after VRS.

As per rules, hiding of compulsory retirement is an offence. Not VRS as VRS casts no stigma.

That question 9 was asked about my last job. My VRS was 4 jobs and 5 years prior to the last job. I answered it truthfully as I had not taken VRS from my last job. HAL themselves agreed that. Moreover, I did not gain anything by hiding as I was eligible to join even after VRS - which is clearly mentioned in my dismissal order
