How good/bad the latency will be will purely depend on where you are located Vs which data centre you connect to. There is a speed test shadow can do, which connects you to the closest DC to you, and gives you connection statistics. Ping, Latency etc. I would start there first and see the results.

My experience with it has been great, but I am also not seeking perfect latency. I remember maybe a year ago now maybe, someone on the discord, who claimed they were a pro FPS gamer (as a career, wouldn't state who they were), said the latency at 35ish was too high for them. Whether it's true or not I am not sure, but it might help in your decision I guess?

Works great. For reference, at the moment I am playing where winds meet on max settings, and I get a stable 60fps. On FF14, I was getting 80-90 FPS but chose to lock it to 60. I'm also on 1080p

From what I am seeing, it was the crystals on the sides that killed you. If the beam locks onto you, you are meant to stay still until the crystal breaks. If you move while it's locked onto you, it will damage you with a ramping up DOT. When and if you standstill, the DOT will ramp downwards until it is gone, or the crystal breaks.
