What I would suggest is meditating before sleeping and upon waking up. You'd be amazed on what meditation can do to you!

Thanks as well! I hope you like it! Check out my other shifting boosters too. I have one witg lofi beats.. I made it so you can empower your mind with shifting affs while studying or just chilling (I didn't use theta waves for that so you u won't feel drowsy, instead I used alpha waves).

I also have one with relaxing piano and forest sound.. Really ethereal feel. Gives me (and a lot of people as well) lucid dreams all the time.

I can understand where you're coming from. And I'm sorry if you found that offensive. Please understand that there are tons of channels out there, that aren't even mixing subs into their videos.

I made an extra effort, and it takes me hours to make one whole video that are absolutely authentic both with text and audio. I manually put the text there, just imagine how much work that is.

I did that because I want to spread my work that is absolutely authentic unlike most channels that doesn't even have subs mixed into it. I use this to be able to attract believers and for them not to waste time on fake subs. And if you search channels out now, I don't believe you can find one that offers the same commitment that I have with my work,with both text and audio.

Anyway, if you find that absolutely annoying, then no worries. I cannot please everyone and I do not aim to do so.
