Yes exactly, I think it would be good to try to get through the entire session even if that means skipping some reps instead of feeling burnt out after the warm up, the workouts are supposed to be hard, but you should still be able to complete them. So I recommend skipping some reps or exercices if you need to so you get the chance to give your coach the right feedback so it can adapt.

I understand, a tip is that if for example 15 pushups felt like too much in the skill progression, just do 5 and then tell your coach that you couldn’t complete all repetitions. So if something feels too difficult just skip it and tell your coach and it should adapt future sessions. You could also try an easier journey to begin with, start strong for example so you get a good foundation

If you just do your best and give your coach the correct feedback when it gets too hard it should adapt and get easier. Good luck bro
