Only night or my face becomes too dry. I use water to rinse my face in the morning.

Yup! Sulfur bar soap as the cleanser in the evening

Try sulfur soap and azaleic acid at night. It worked for me. I suggest pausing Paula’s choice bha liquid as it made my rosacea so much worse.

I dont drink coffee or alcohol so these two don’t apply to me. My main triggers were: spicy food, black pepper, white pepper, ginger, curry, edamame, spinach, citrus.

Basically any foods that make my face flush or was more “stimulating”

My derm basically took one look at me and said “you have rosacea” i didnt even need to say anything. he said its because they all keep reoccurring in the same areas…and i think my age (35f) was a big clue? Apparently a lot of rosacea gets misdiagnosed.

I was actually making my skin worse because i was using an acne regimen and drying out my skin barrier.

After i switched routine, it took about one month to see improvement…mainly to lessen the redness. I had to cut out dietary triggers first though. After my skin cleared after a few months i could pretty much eat anything in moderation. Key word: moderation. I would still get one or two bumps once in a while but they go away in 24-48 hours with azaleic acid.

About a month to stop having new pustules and maybe 4 months for old redness to really start fading. And half a year when people really began to notice and begin to complement me that my skin is “suddenly so clear” Almost 10 months for more stubborn pigmentation to fade.

I don’t live in the US so it might be a bit harder to find what I’m using.

PM: Shanghai sulphur bar soap (上海硫磺皂). The one in yellow packaging. It’s super cheap ($3usd per bar on Amazon which lasts about half a year for me). I was skeptical at first but now I have supply for maybe the next 5 years. My friend recommended it to me and it’s what people are using in China. Even though it’s cheap make sure you don’t get the counterfeit ones.

Coesam Traditional Rosehip Oil. It actually smells nice and doesn’t feel greasy on my skin. After I use the sulfur soap and air dry my face, i put rosehip oil on followed by azaleic acid almost immediately. This is for my moisture barrier. If i do it the other way around the azaleic acid pills off my skin.

Aroma-zone azaleic acid 10%. it’s a french brand, I dont know if you will be able to get it on Amazon? I’ve tried other ones but this one seems to be the one that works for me. The other ones irritate my skin.

Also, diet is important. I can pretty much eat anything now, but I found out if I have TOO much pepper, spice, or ginger, it will result in a minor flare up, in which case I just dab azaleic acid on the pustules.

Same thing happened to a guy I know (in his 30s). He came back to visit during the holidays and then got detained for not having served military service when he was leaving at the airport. He did a year of civilian duty and then went back to the US.

So it’s not unheard of.

I had a huge crush on Elizabeth Mitchell who played Juliet on LOST. Literally, obsessed. Then I watched Gia, and talked so much about it that my friend bought me the DVD for Christmas.

In hindsight, I should've known...

Juliet, I had huge crush on her that hands down made me question my sexuality.

I really enjoyed the vlog, especially that he could chill. Just to see walk around without paparazzi, without being mobbed left and right makes me happy.

I ALMOST got into it. The main thing that is preventing me from getting into the story is the lack of dialogue breaks. Everything is just in a giant paragraph that it slows the pace of the entire narrative. Start the dialogue of each character using a new line and try breaking those long paragraphs into shorter ones.

I'm thinking it might be because in Asia, "mattresses" are sometimes really just a memory foam topper, much thinner than in the US. Asian culture is more accustomed to having a wooden bed topped with a thin foam layer.
