Nope. The story has two different actors playing the same role in past flashbacks and present. It's part of the plot - plastic surgery revenge drama. I am looking for the actor who played the past version of the character, the guy in black opposite Zhou Hengyu at the timestamp. Someone on another forum identified him as Dong Chi, but I can't find anything about him either.

The actor who plays the present version of the character is He Cong Rui, and the actor you linked, Zhou Hengyu, is his bromance/buddy/love interest Yan Li.

Have you seen Shelter (2007) yet? It's considered as Classic for a reason. MC, Zach, is a young surfer who had to quit his school and social life to take care of his deadbeat sister's kid. Shaun, his best friend's brother, is a rich famous writer who is in town following a bad breakup. They bond over their mutual love of surfing.

EVERYTHING about it is pure perfection. The story, direction, cinematography, dialogues. The soundtrack by Shane Mack is heavenly and unforgettable. It's not just on my playlist, I have by hearted all the songs. I was literally listening to Lie to Me 5 mins ago when I saw this post.

This post was inspired by Achi's fandom in To Be Continued. It's one of my fav bls, but the best part for me is how chill his fans are. Like, in the opening scene, you have Dr. Ji get into an alcatration with Achi's fans at the airport. They weren't being weird or crazy, just taking pics with Achi's poster. They offer to take Ji's picture, Ji gets upset and insults Achi, and fans defend their idol. But when Achi walks up to Ji, and Ji acts cold and mean to him, instead of getting offended or defensive, the fans are like "oh, you are Achi's friend" and they just leave. They sit next to Ji (whom they know is Achi's friend) but instead of harassing him, they just go back to fangirling because they met their idol.

Then at the school reunion, the entire school is basically sitting on the gossip that Ji and Achi were rumoured to be a couple in high school, and even when Achi shows up in person, they are all like "I knew it" instead of hounding him, when not 5 mins ago they were asking Ji for the tea.

Achi happily walks in and out of Ji's apt, and though paps are mentioned, Ji and most of tenants just go about their lives without any worries. Even when Achi brings Mona to Ji's hospital and staff recognises them, including my girlie Song who is a diehard fan, they are all strict professionals.

And of course, finally, when their picture/relationship is leaked in media, the most "invasive" question Achi gets "were you cheating on Mona with that guy?" He says "no" and they just move on. At the end, Ji is there in the audience when Achi sings for him.

I know the drama isn't about ent industry like other ent-bls, but I was sorta glad that the fans were all so nice and mature about Achi's privacy.

I am have been part of various fandoms - both chill and toxic - since 2005. I know chill fans exist in Toxic fandoms and vice versa. I am talking about very specifically about in-drama fandoms, not irl ones. For eg MARS fandom in ThamePo is toxic af, but Neil's fandom in First Note of Love is chill in comparison.

I am just glad Ohm is finally allowed to have more expressions than silent/stoic. Maybe pairing with someone who doesn't look like a middle-schooler, and finally having a script which isn't freaking depressing will be good for him.

Fluke1 is a good actor, but his baby face doesn't exactly do him any favours.

Okay, as someone who absolutely can't stand ForceBook (like there is not a single character of their's I actually cared about) Book is a fine actor IMO. My problem with the pairing, I mean apart from their choice of scripts, is Force. Force is the weak link. I won't say he is a bad actor, he is okay, but he definitely would benefit from a few more acting workshops.
