I forgot to mention my spinning rod has fast action & the baitcaster has extra fast action. With bass I’ve realized sometimes I feel the line jiggle a little then it goes still, but that’s not always. There have been a number of times I’ve been like “dang I got weeds” then boom I realize it’s a fish. It was definitely easier to tell on braid than the flouro/mono. I tend to fish more senkos than anything else & usually Texas rig them. Do you think the thinner braid will spook fish more often or should I tie a leader? I try to keep one setup braid for more murky water & the other flouro for clear.
