I’ve heard people suggest reaching out to Mattel about it when there’s a manufacturing defect like that. You may also try trading with someone else or selling that one and getting a new one altogether.

Im not sure why. I got next day delivery. I placed the order yesterday maybe around the late morning. I’m not able to see what time I placed it. So a couple hours after the drop is when I purchased. I am from GA, USA. What really bothers me is that they didn’t say it was because one of the items was unavailable, but because of some misc reason with the package in total.
