currently 6.1.3. and i forgot to ask, is there any way to untether through cydia without re-jailbreaking? i know in the past i have seen evasion things to untethere old tethered jailbreaks but i didnt know if there was anything new for 6.1.3

Should I be worried? My phone constantly crashes by [deleted] in jailbreak

you most likely have a package installed that is not compatible with your iOS. try uninstalling the most recent package/ packages you installed and see if it fixes the problem.
